1. Definitions

Terms and Conditions: these general terms and conditions of Kidease Nursery Hire.
Renter: a natural person who enters into an agreement with Kidease Nursery Hire.
Kidease Nursery Hire: located in Benijófar, Alicante, Spain.
Agreement: the agreement between the renter and Kidease Nursery Hire in which the renter rents a product from Kidease Nursery Hire.
Product: one or more items offered by Kidease Nursery Hire.
Website: the website of Kidease Nursery Hire, www.kid-ease.com, where the products are offered.

Orders can be placed through the website. The renter is required to provide accurate and complete information.
The agreement is concluded when the renter accepts the offer and meets the associated conditions, including providing the requested data and ensuring its accuracy.

The offer is non-binding.
The offer on the website is valid while supplies last.
Information about the products is indicative. All images represent the offered products, services, and/or digital content truthfully.
Obvious mistakes or errors on the website are not binding for Kidease Nursery Hire.
The product range on the website may be changed.

The agreement is formed after the customer completes the order process on the website.
Once the agreement is finalized, Kidease Nursery Hire sends a confirmation email with the order number and order details.
If the customer does not receive a confirmation email, they should contact the owner by WhatsApp or phone at 0034 665124448.
Orders can only be placed after the customer has agreed to the terms and payment conditions. A written version of the terms can be sent upon request.

The customer must provide accurate and complete information when entering into the agreement.
It is not permitted to use the website in a way that disrupts other users or interferes with its functionality.
Unauthorized access by circumventing security or using credentials not belonging to the user is prohibited.
The products are for personal use only and may not be passed on or used by third parties.
The customer must use the products responsibly and according to their intended purpose.
Use of the products is at the customer's own risk.
In case of doubt about product safety, the customer must immediately contact Kidease Nursery Hire.
Using the product is seen as confirmation that it is in good condition and free from defects.
All products remain the property of Kidease Nursery Hire at all times.
The customer is not allowed to grant any rights to third parties involving the products.
No changes may be made to the products that could damage them upon removal.
The products must be returned in their original condition.
Any damaged returns will result in an additional invoice.

The customer must inspect products immediately upon delivery.
Incorrect, faulty, or incomplete products must be reported immediately via [email protected] or WhatsApp.
If the product does not meet the agreement, Kidease Nursery Hire will replace it free of charge.

Kidease Nursery Hire is not liable for damage resulting from events beyond its control or due to actions of the customer.
Kidease Nursery Hire is not responsible for temporary website unavailability or technical issues.
Color differences between screen and product are not grounds for liability.
Kidease Nursery Hire is not liable for damage due to incorrect information provided by the customer, such as a wrong delivery address.
Kidease Nursery Hire is not liable for loss or corruption of data during transmission.
The renter confirms upon receipt that the products are safe and in good condition.
Liability limitations do not apply in cases of intentional misconduct or gross negligence by Kidease Nursery Hire or its staff.
The renter is responsible for proper use of the products.
Kidease Nursery Hire is not liable for indirect or consequential damage, property damage, or injury to third parties.

Kidease Nursery Hire is not obliged to fulfill obligations if prevented by force majeure.
Force majeure includes weather conditions, email disruptions, or other issues beyond its control.
If delays are expected, Kidease Nursery Hire will notify the customer as soon as possible via phone or WhatsApp.
