Terms And Conditions
All equipment will be hygienically cleaned and delivered complete and in good working order.

All equipment requiring assembly or fixing will be carried out by Kidease staff.
Mattress protectors are provided as standard and must be used at all times. Kidease reserve the right to request compensation for any damage caused to the mattress through neglecting to use the protector at all times. It is not necessary to launder the protector, this will be carried out by Kidease as part of the hire agreement.
Car seats will be fitted by Kidease on request, Kidease will also provide a copy of the manufactures fitting instructions. The driver of the vehicle will be responsible for the safe fitting and correct use of the seat there after. Kidease do not accept any responsibility or liability for any injury incurred through incorrect use or misuse of the equipment during the period of hire.
Kidease cannot guarantee battery life in toys requiring batteries, though new batteries will be supplied upon hire. Customers are requested to change batteries as and when required during rental time.
A minimum of 5 days notice is required for consumable orders. Stock availability of these items cannot be guaranteed.
All prices include delivery, collection and IVA.
All hire prices are listed separately. Kidease reserve the right to charge a minimum hire fee of 15€ in order to cover all delivery costs and overheads associated with each delivery.
Deliveries made to airports or outside of the normal distribution area may incur an additional delivery fee agreed by both parties prior to delivery. This additional cost will be listed separately on the invoice.
NB. It may not always be possible to deliver / collect from airports during peak periods.
All Kidease agents have read and have been trained in the Standard Operating Procedures which cover all aspects of fitting, assembly, hygiene and safety.
Delivery & Payment Terms.
Full payment in cash only should be made on delivery.
Kidease do not require a deposit and request customers treat the hire equipment as intended and return it as stated in terms & conditions of hire. An additional pro-rata charge will be made should the hire period be extended past the agreed collection date.
Receipt for payment will be given on request.
Payment on collection can be made subject to prior agreement.
Delivery prior to arrival and collection after departure can be arranged if access is made available through an agent / key holder. We recommend this service for late arrivals and early departures.
Factura receipts will require an NIE number on delivery.
